CBS Outdoor wordt Exterion Media

Vanaf 21 januari 2014 zal CBS Outdoor zijn naam veranderen in ‘Exterion Media’. De naamsverandering is een gevolg van de overname van CBS door Platinum Equity in 2012. De nieuwe naam is een afgeleid van het Engelse ‘exterior’.
Antonio Alonso, CEO van CBS Outdoor International, bij de bekendmaking: ‘Our new name truly underlines the fact that we are a newly independent business. It signifies the start of an important chapter, not just for us, but also for the impact we will have on the world of out-of-home advertising as a whole.’
