For the launch of the Grote Nederlandse Kunstkalender 2018 we approached de Bijenkorf's Room on the Roof to select an artist from the calendar for their artist in residence project. As a result, artist Krijn de Koning was invited to create an art installation for de Bijenkorf Rotterdam. His new work ‘Uitgestald’ can be seen on the first floor at de Bijenkorf Rotterdam from February 8th until April 1st. This beautiful art installation emphasizes the environment and gives the audience new possibilities to use and interpret this forgotten area of the store.
